Field Services Application

When we started working with Kal Tire, they were in the process of implementing a Field Service Application which was meant to improve the efficiency, and simplify the day to day operations of their Mobile Service Technicians. In order to achieve this goal, and ensure adoption by the technicians themselves, Kal Tire required a User Experience expert to improve the overall workflow of their current tablet application. To do this, we went out in the field with the technicians in order to better understand their job so that we could give them a useful application that pertained to their daily needs.
